Floral Substitutions: The inventory we have access to is subject to a host of variables including seasonality, farm availability and quality at the time they arrive in store. In the event that you’ve placed an order for a specific design and the exact blooms pictured at not available, we will substitute with the blooms available that are as similar as possible in color & style to the product you chose. Gift Substitutions: Sometimes, we go to prepare gift selections such as Bath Soaks, Candles or Stuffed Animals and realize that someone sold the last one but didn't adjust the inventory. It’s true, we are human. These substitutions are often last-minute decisions and completed to maintain on-time delivery of your order. In rare cases, we are unable to substitute adequately at which point, depending on the timeline, we will contact the sender to choose a course of action.
